Ahmed Sayan Fazlur Rahman, Vice Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting. The meeting approved the bank’s audited financial statements for the year ended 2016 and the report of the auditors and directors on it, among other things, in the presence of the shareholders, and the proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus shares. The additional annual general meeting approved the offer of one right share for every ordinary share.

Rabia Jamali, Jalal Ahmed, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank. R. M Nazmus Shakib, Kamrunnahar Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO Shah A Sarwar and Company Secretary Mr. Mokammel Haque were present.
