Eligibility: Must have a bachelor’s degree. Third class / division / equivalent CGPA is not acceptable at any level of education. Must be proficient in computer operation. No experience required.
Age: The maximum age of the candidate should be 30 on June 12, 2022.

Salary and benefits: During the first one year of admission, the monthly salary is Rs. 30,130. After one year, the monthly salary as an assistant officer will be Rs. 41,60. Apart from this other benefits will be given according to the policy of the organization.

Ahmed Sayan Fazlur Rahman, Vice Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting. The meeting approved the bank’s audited financial statements for the year ended 2016 and the report of the auditors and directors on it, among other things, in the presence of the shareholders, and the proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus shares. The additional annual general meeting approved the offer of one right share for every ordinary share.

M Nazmus Shakib, Kamrunnahar Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO Shah A Sarwar and Company Secretary Mr. Mokammel Haque were present. Ahmed Sayan Fazlur Rahman, Vice Chairman of the Bank, thanked everyone present on the occasion and announced the end of the meeting.
